Mentale Tic’s können gefährlich sein

☆ Hallo ihr Lieben, heute mal ein etwas ersteres Thema.

"Mentale Tic’s", es sind wie es der Name schon sagt Tic’s im Geist/ Gedanken/ Worte / Gehörtes.

Es bedeutet, dass ich z. B. wenn ich irgendetwas höre, evtl. Ein Wort, es sich so in meinen Geist "frisst", dass es Stunden auf Wiederholung steht.

Leider ist es auch mit Traumata & schädlichen Gedanken so … Sie fressen sich fest, bleiben da für Stunden oder Tage.

Ihr seht sie nicht, aber sie sind da. Belastend & gefährlich, gefährlich für mich …

Mental tics can be dangerous

☆ Hello everyone, today we're talking about something a little more like the former.

"Mental tics," as the name suggests, are tics of the mind/thoughts/words/what I hear.

It means that, for example, when I hear something, perhaps a word, it "eats" itself into my mind so that it stays on repeat for hours.

Unfortunately, it's the same with trauma and harmful thoughts... They ingrain themselves, stay there for hours or days.

You don't see them, but they're there. Stressful and dangerous, dangerous for me...

"Tourette ist eine wahre Sache"

"Tourette is a real thing"

♡ Warum sage ich das? Ganz einfach, weil viele Menschen der Meinung sind Tourette existiere nicht. Oder sie wissen einfach zu wenig über diese, na ja sagen wir, Fehlfunktion mit "special effects"
Tourette ist so viel mehr als das berühmte "Fluchen" dies betrifft tatsächlich auch gerade einmal 10 % aller Betroffenen Patienten.
Ich zum Beispiel fluche nicht öffentlich, oder benutze unangebrachte Wörter. Dennoch wurde des Öfteren zu mir gesagt:
"Cool du hast Tourette, da kannst du ja einfach Leute beleidigen!"
》 entschiedenes "Nein" selbst wenn ich fluchen würde, würde ich es nicht tun. Des es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen, ich kann nichts dafür mein Körper handelt & ich hab kein Bock & bin ein Arsch😇《
Tourette zeichnet sich in erster Linie durch "Tic’s" aus. Dieses Wort beschreibt unwillkürliche Bewegungen des Körpers & oder verbale Lautäußerungen & fluchen (letzteres betrifft mich wie gesagt nicht)
Zusätzlich zu diesen "Tic’s" gibt es dann noch etwas welches sich "Tic-Anfall" nennt. Eine sehr unerfreuliche Angelegenheit, die meist ausgesprochen schmerzhaft endet.
Ich werde in einem anderen Betrag näher auf "Tic-Anfälle" eingehen.
Aber das ist Tourette im groben:

☆ ausgelöst wird dies alles durch Fehlinformationen,

die das Gehirn sendet.

There is a difference between, I can't help it, my body is acting like this & I don't feel like it & I'm an asshole😇《 Tourette is primarily characterized by "tics". This word describes involuntary movements of the body & or verbal sounds & swearing (as I said, the latter does not apply to me) In addition to these "tics", there is also something called a "tic attack". A very unpleasant matter that usually ends in extreme pain. I will go into more detail about "tic attacks" in another article. But that is Tourette in a nutshell:
